Proactive Workstation Support

Over 8 years of providing IT support, we've identified which parts of your computer system most often go wrong or get neglected, and we've put together a service that takes care of it all - phone support whenever you need it, all your updates, antivirus and backup licenses and management, hardware and software checks.

Included phone support, whenever you need it (during business hours). Whether it’s help with documents, connecting devices, slow performance - we’re ready to talk you through it or connect remotely and fix it ourselves.
We’ll provide and manage your antivirus subscription, and will check weekly to make sure it’s up to date and scanning correctly. If any problems are found, we’re notified within 15 minutes, and can get straight back to you with instructions. This is often BEFORE any damage is done, avoiding costly and time consuming down time and virus removal.
You’ve got a backup configured…don’t you? Each week we’ll check that it’s completing successfully and tell you how to handle any errors. We also include 5GB of offsite backup (sufficient for most barristers) in a secure Sydney data centre. This protects your most important data in the event of fire or theft. Additional storage is available for $1 per GB.
Whether you use Windows or Mac, you need to regularly update your system and your installed software with stability and security patches. We do this for you, and verify all updates are installed correctly.
We do a weekly check of your hardware logs to make sure that temperatures, SMART data (hard drive health), drive space and many more stats are where they need to be.
We do a weekly check your software event logs to identify stability issues, unauthorised login attempts, compatibility problems etc.
Each Friday we send you a report that outlines the status of each of these checks, so that you know that your IT is being looked after. If any problems are detected we provide instructions on what to do.

Proactive Server Support

Your server(s) are critical to your business - whether they’re running email, databases, files, your domain, or anything else, every minute of downtime has significant costs. Like many things, servers need continued maintenance to keep them performing well.

An unpatched server is a major security and stability risk - but so is a server that has every patch applied automatically. We review every patch - from Microsoft and from individual vendors - to make sure that there will be no conflicts, or unexpected issues. We install patches weekly, outside of business hours to make sure your business is never inconvenienced.
We include both an on-premise and a remote backup - of your entire server. We provide a license for industry-leading software, and we monitor it daily to make sure that any backup errors are detected and fixed immediately - not when it comes time to do a restore and it's too late.
Servers can have a whole range of roles, and they all need to be monitored. Whatever combination of Active Directory, Apache or IIS, DHCP, DNS, SQL, Exchange, Sharepoint and more your server is running, we set up monitors on the critical services to make sure that if anything starts happening that shouldn't - we know, and we fix it before it starts causing problems.
